Mighty Final Fight

Jax Says: It's official. These graphics suck. Just look at my rippling pecs!
Hagar The Horrible Says: I shall sue Capcom for using my likeness.
The Bent Kangaroo Says: Little do they know this is not the final fight.

What Kind Of Game Is This?

This is a side-scrolling fighting game, similar to Double Dragon. Both have experience building that allows you to perform more powerful moves. Both games had the 2-player simultaneous fighting removed during the arcade port.

How Is It Better Than Double Dragon?

Play control. For example, if you push the directional pad, your character moves in that direction.

How Is It Worse?

The levels are very repetitive and have no obstacles. And did I mention the graphics?  Nearly everything reeks of two dimensions.

Do I Need To Play This Game To Enjoy The Super Nintendo Releases?

Nope. The storyline is essentially the same in all four games, and the SNES versions improve upon this release in every way, including simultaneous fighting.

So Who Would You Recommend This To?

Anyone who likes Double Dragon but demand fluid play control. It's a decent stress reliever if you just feel like kicking some tail.
