The Nintendo Review Project
In April of 2004, I decided to review every NES game released in the English language. I had always dreamed as a kid that I could one day afford to own every Nintendo game. What I didn't realize was how incredibly awful most NES games truly are. With a few exceptions, pretty much every game that was great is well known, and most of the terrible games were better left unheard of. And while there is always a little evil pleasure in ripping those games a new one, the Angry Video Game Nerd seems to have cornered that market. So the project is now defunct with about 10% of the games reviewed.
