Dave got high score by trouncing Beau.  He takes over first place from...

Randy, who squeaked by Branden, becoming the first team to win a game this year with the 5th highest score. More importantly...

CHRIS WON CHRIS WON CHRIS WON CHRIS WON CHRIS WON

Useless Info

~For the first time this year, Chris has three players score in double digits

~For the 7th time in 8 weeks, Chris scored no touchdowns from his running backs. His backs have only two rushing touchdowns all season. Dave and Bruce both got more than that from one back just this week.

Interview: Chris

SFFL: Congratulations!
Chris: Screw that. Should have had high score.
SFFL: But you won for the first time this year? Shouldn't you be pleased with your team's performance?
Chris: I just traded my first round draft pick for a Dolphin.  What do you think?
SFFL: You began this season with high hopes. In fact, the league wide consensus was that you had the league's best team.  What happened?
Chris: I guess I just took winning for granted. I mean, I win at everything I do. Basketball. Tetherball. Quarters. I even made five extra points in a row once in high school. Who else in SFFL has done that?!?!
SFFL: Is that a beer bong?
Chris: Mmmh? Uh unh. Science experiement.
SFFL: Ah. Do you think your team has a chance to make the playoffs?
Chris: Playoffs?!?  Are you kidding me?! Playoffs!? We're winning the goddamn Super Bowl. Now shut up before I wipe the floor with you using this mop I call my hair.
SFFL: Go Hawkeyes!

The Inevitable Crash of Randy's Team

For the first time all season, Donovan McNabb scored less than 10 points. And Chris won, which is a sign of the apocalypse, much like Randy's team not winning would be.

NFL Cheerleader of the Week

We got these three lovely ladies to give their opinion on Chris's team.

This Week

Beau (3-5) vs. Bruce (2-6)
Branden (4-3-1) vs. Chris (1-6-1)
Randy (6-2) vs. Dave (7-1)

BYES: Arizona, N.Y. Jets, Carolina, Philadelphia

Key Players Out
Beau None
Branden Edgerrin James
Chris None
Randy Anquan Boldin; Steve Smith; Laveranues Coles; Donovan McNabb
Bruce Jake Delhomme; Reggie Brown
Dave Brian Westbrook

Look at that.  Chris has no key players out.  Well, David Akers is solid, but his performance is replaceable. The tide has turned for Chris. A 7-6-1 record is not out of the question.
