The most feared back in fantasy leagues, by their owners, leads the way for POW honors in Week 5. Fred Taylor demonstrated his whole game last Sunday, running for 87 yards and a score, as well as a sixty-yard romp on a pass to win the game late for the Jags. He nets 18 fantasy points for Chris to help him to his first fantasy win of the year. |

The other guy who helped guarantee Chris a victory was on the opposite side of the field. David Boston, sore nipples and all, has one of the best games of his career, netting 181 yards on 14 catches and 2 scores. He scored 19 fantasy points, but lost a fumble, not helping the Chargers' chance at victory. But I bet the team would take that performance every week.

| Yes, that's Mike Vanderjagt kicking the game winning field goal during the Colts miracle comeback on Monday night. But Vanderjagt was not the teams most valuable player, and Randy's fantasy team doesn't deserve any POW's this week anyway In fact, those guys in front of him, the Colts Offensive Line, deserve the most praise. They held the Buc's defense to only one sack of Manning, and provided plenty of time for Manning to rip apart the secondary, and Ricky Williams and James Mungro to pound the ball up the gut for three running touchdowns. When a team nets 455 yards against one of the best defenses ever, it all starts with the big men up front. | |
